(What we did)
(The challenge)

Group trips run on scattered confirmations.

Flights, hotels and trains are booked by different people, and the confirmations end up spread across inboxes, PDFs and group chats. Each traveler holds part of the trip and nobody holds all of it. The app had to bring it together without asking anyone to type a booking in.

(The idea)

One address per trip. One shared timeline.

Every trip gets its own email address. Booking emails, ticket photos and PDFs sent to it are read and filed, then placed in order on a timeline the whole group sees in real time.

01(What we did)

Brand.

A small stack of cards: the scattered confirmations, gathered into one.

A lowercase wordmark, a stacked-card mark and app icon, a paper base with a single terracotta accent, and SF Pro for type.

02(What we did)

Product.

Every booking, on one timeline.

A native iOS app, organized around what a group trip needs: getting bookings in, keeping everyone on the same plan, and having help at hand abroad.

Import

Nobody types a booking twice.

The organizer of a trip usually re-types every confirmation by hand. In sejo a booking comes in three ways (forwarded email, photo or PDF) and the app pulls out the airline, flight number, times, baggage, seats and travelers.

Timeline

The whole group reads the same trip.

Flights, hotels, trains and cars fall into order on one timeline, with live flight status. The questions that pile up in a group chat already have their answer on screen.

Roles decide who edits.

Travelers join with a link. Organizer, Contributor and Viewer roles let the right people change the plan while the others follow it.

Safety

Help nobody has to look up.

Emergency numbers and the nearest embassy tend to be nobody's job until something goes wrong. The app shows them for the country the trip is in, across 160+ countries. Once the trip is over, it puts together a recap.

03(What we did)

Web.

One page. One clear message.

A single section says what sejo is, with one download button and three proof points, in the same identity as the app.

04(What we did)

Launch.

The release, in the app's own look.

A promo film, short clips, a launch poster, posts and stories, made for the App Store release with the same paper, terracotta and screens as the product.
